I recently found your website and it’s just incredible what you’ve done, thanks so much !
My background was with several of the consoles or computers that you’ve put online, such as Sega Master System, Megadrive but mostly MSX 1 and 2 : what a surprise to have seen these last two here as well 😀
My question is : would it be possible to add one or two speed levels, such 0.8x and 0.9x ?
When playing Sega games, the speed seems to be the same as the original one ; but for MSX games such as Gradius (Nemesis) or Salamander, the games are faster than what I knew – this might be related somehow to the fact that Japanese computers and screens were 60 Hz while Europe is 50 Hz. In any case, the 0.8 and/or 0.9 would be great for these shoot-them-up! To take another example of similar game, R-Type is being played at the original speed, and that’s awesome.
Please feel free to get in touch if you’ve like more information, thanks very much again!
Aloha Alex,
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately, it’s not technically possible in website, but if you play on your own retro gaming device and there’s such a setting, you might be able to do it.
Best wishes
